So, another week flies by 🙂

• Year 2 and Year 3 had a lovely day over at Forest Schools on Monday 
• Year 1 enjoyed their boxing session with Progressive Sports on Tuesday 
• Year 4 prepared 'dough' with Chef on Wednesday 🙂 
• Our Year 3 and 4 Athletics children had a great attitude to the competitive element and did so very well on a very hot afternoon.  Thanks to those parents and staff who volunteered. 
• A big 'shout out' to our Year 6 parents who came along to support our Watch Me Learn on Wednesday.  You really did save Mrs Fenton from 'SEWING HELL'.  🙂 

 

So, looking ahead to next week: - 

• Year 4 have Forest Schools on Monday morning followed by Reception in the afternoon 
• Year 4 swimming as normal on Monday afternoon 
• Monday is the last day for the photography competition
• Fencing After School Club on Tuesday - prompt collection at 4pm.  Please note: - this is the LAST SESSION 
• Year 3 have progressive sports on Tuesday afternoon so can wear their PE kit 🙂 
• This Thursday is the turn of our WATCH ME LEARN for Year 5 @ 2pm - 3pm.  Reminder to leave mobile phones at home and only one parent per family please due to limited space.  Do not come along if you don't have children in Year 5. 
• On Thursday at 2.30pm there is an open session for Parent Partnership
• On Wednesday @ 3.30pm we have our SUMMER FAYRE - Weather is looking like it's on our side at the moment - fingers crossed 🙂 

 

Final decisions will be made on whether the Year 5 Roman Workshop is going ahead and also the Year 1 and Year 2 Castle Visit - at this moment in time, we unfortunately haven't had enough parents pay for the trips for them to go ahead.  You will all be notified of the decision made early next week for each trip. 

If you haven't already paid, if you could do so by Monday 1^st July 2024 so that we can take a closer look 🙂
