Waiting List
All sessions at Voyage must be booked in advance with the Extended Service Manager,
Mrs. Becky Kenney.
Holidays
Voyage will be closed during all Bank Holidays and for 2 weeks at Christmas.
We close the provision on SOME school inset days for staff training and/or a deep clean. Selected dates will be available during the holidays. Parents/Carers are always notified of the above far in advance.
Payment and Collection of Fees
Changes regarding child care payments came into effect as of September 2019. Statement of fees will be received via email on or around the 20th of the previous month. We kindly ask that fees are then paid by the 1st of the following month. E.g. September invoice will be sent out on 20th August to be paid by 1st September and so on. If fees are not paid by the 1st, then unfortunately your child/ren will not receive any further care until the amount has been paid in full.
The Extended Services Manager or Head Teacher reserve the right to cancel your place with immediate effect if your fee is not paid promptly or your child is absent from Voyage for one week or more without prior agreement. Parents or carer’s will be expected to pay full fees for the duration of any notice period, regardless of attendance. If your child is absent from Voyage for any reason including illness full fees must be paid. Additional fees for extra sessions will be charged in arrears.
Fees should only be paid via 'Parent Pay' whereby an account will be set up and instructions given upon registration.
The fees at Voyage will be revised on an annual basis.
An advanced enrolment fee of £20 per family is required to cover insurance and registration costs and secure your child’s place at Voyage.
We require 4 weeks written notice should you wish to decrease or end your child's sessions in Voyage.
Absence and Sickness
It is vital that you notify the staff at Voyage if your child is going to be absent.
Telephone: 01785 337349 or 01785 337343

In the case of an emergency every effort will be made to contact you. Please ensure you keep your contact details updated. If your child suffers a minor accident whilst at Voyage a note will be sent home giving details of the incident.
