10 Frame

Using 10 Frames

 We recommend using 10 frames for at least 15 minutes daily to support number understanding. Draw your 10 frame on paper, use sticks to make a 10 frame or use an online 10 frame. 

To help you as parents, we have uploaded a document to give you ideas on how to use these 10 frames daily. You might just choose 1, 2 or 3 activities.

Too much might overload the children and make them become disengaged. Please read the theory behind them below:
