Another busy week at school: -
- Year 2 enjoyed their afternoon of skateboarding with Progressive Sports
- The final Forest Schools Parental session went well and we've received some amazing feedback to say how much you all enjoyed it - more sessions to follow next academic year 🙂
- We ended the week with our non-uniform day - thanks to all who supported the School Council Pot of Gold by contributing a £1 - very much appreciate
So, looking ahead to after half term
- We have an INSET day on Monday 2nd June 2025 so school isn't open to children until Tuesday 3rd June 2025
- Year 4 Multiplication Checks throughout this week and into next week
- It's the turn of Year 5 to have Progressive Sports on Tuesday afternoon for skateboarding - PE kits can be worn all day and jogging bottoms are advised 🙂
- Selected Year 6s are taking part in a Lego Workshop at Stafford College on Wednesday 4th June - separate letters have been issued to those children who will be attending - a reminder that parents do need to drop children off at Stafford College and collect.
- Selected children are Green Goblin Racing on Thursday 5th June with Mr Davies - again, these children have received a separate letter with more details
- Year 5 have Forest Schools on Thursday - children to wear old clothes and bring a change of study footwear - legs do need to be covered (no shorts)
- Year 4 have their termly visit from chef on Friday 6th June
So, a very busy first week back and a very busy half term 🙂
