And just like that - it's FRIDAY!!  Woo Hoo :)

A massive 'thank you' to our School Council for tidying up our bike shed.  It had lots and lots of litter

After School Letters have been issued this week and the cut off has now passed.  You will receive notification as to which club your child has been placed on shortly.  All places are issued on a first come, first served basis.

A reminder that collection on club night is 4pm prompt.

If your child misses 2 sessions of the club, they will be removed from the club and their place will be given to someone else.

Thanks for your continued support. 🙂

Snap Chat Guidance has been handed to our Year 6 pupils for your information and we have also posted information on our Facebook Post.

Year 3 brekkie coffee morning letters have been issued - please send slips and pay on parent pay before the deadline as we need to order food etc - so once the deadline has passed, we can't add anyone else to the list :)

Another very productive week in school.

Once again, a lovely buzz of learning around school.  The Discovery Den is being fully utilised and it's lovely to see lots of exciting children doing some amazing fun activities in there.  Can't wait to see what the rest of this term brings :)

The colder weather has now arrived so please ensure that children bring coats for break and lunchtime and wear jogging bottoms rather than shorts on PE/Progressive Sports Days - thanks :)

  • Year 4 were amazing during swimming - a small group of children ventured into the deep end :)

  • Year 4 experienced Archery with Progressive Sports on Wednesday - a few were super shots

  • Year 2 spent the day over at Forest Schools embracing the cooler weather and enhancing their topic learning

Looking ahead to next week: -

  • Year 4 swimming on Monday

  • Tuesday - Flu Programme for Reception - Year 6 pupils

  • Progressive Sports - Year 1 on Wednesday - children can come to school in their PE kits

  • Forest School on Thursday is the turn of Year 3 in the morning and Reception Class in the afternoon

  • Thursday 2nd October, we have a Coffee Morning @ 9am focusing on 'Managing Anger' for our parents to attend - it would be lovely to see a few faces supporting our coffee morning :) A separate letter will be sent out with more details

And that's it for this week

Have a lovely restful weekend, have fun, make lots of memories and recharge those batteries ready for another busy week ahead

Mrs B and the FL Team :)
