And in the blink of an eye, it's Friday!!

  • We kicked off the week with our whole school 'Chinese New Year' assembly.
  • Year 3 had amazing fun at Forest Schools and got extremely muddy 🙂
  • KS2 concentrated upon their breathing during X-hail
  • Year 4 impressed us with their swimming
  • Year 4 learnt a few new moves with Stafford Sport on Thursday

Looking ahead to next week:-

  • House Captain Assembly on Monday (preparing for the Easter Competition)
  • Year 6 Forest School all day on Monday - warm old clothes required and also bring in a pair of wellies to change into as Forest School is extremely muddy at the moment 🙂
  • After School Clubs Tuesday and Thursday will be running as normal.  Prompt collection at 4pm please.
  • Year 1 have Stafford Sports on Thursday afternoon so can come into school in their PE Kit
  • On Friday we are celebrating NSPCC Number Day (separate details sent via MM)

Classes who are affected by the NEU Strike Action have received a letter notifying parents of this via MM.  Work to do at home will be sent out to those classes on Monday.

Also, if your child is in receipt of Free School Meals and you require them to have a packed lunch then please call the office to order on either Monday or Tuesday.  Sandwich choices are either Ham or Cheese.  Collection of packed lunches from school on Wednesday after 11am.

Keep an eye out in the next few days for the Mothers Day Lunch letter.  We will need to re-schedule one of the dates due to the strike action.

Have a wonderful fun filled weekend.

We'll see you all on Monday

Mrs B and the FL Team 🙂
