Since 2020 Mrs Fenton and a selection of parents have formed a Parent Partnership Group. This group meets termly to discuss what is working well for families and brainstorms ideas for school improvement.

Some examples of positive changes that have come from these meetings include:

-Adding a sports hoody to the PE kit

-Changing to one uniform 

-Ensuring Flash Ley takes part in more sports competitions

-Updating the home school planners

-Changing the housepoint system to make it more purposeful
