Welcome to Holiday Club
We are delighted that you want to know more about our Out of School Club services within our provision, Voyage @ Flash ley.
Our out of school provision offers educational childcare where children can participate and enjoy planned activities which are age appropriate. These activities reflect the high standards of care and education throughout our school.
Voyage is open term time only with the option of accessing holiday care, excluding 2 weeks where we close during Christmas and any bank holidays. We offer care for children from 0-11 years old, and they do not have to be a pupil of Flash Ley Primary school to attend.
Please Note
Children enrolled at Voyage within First Steps, Caterpillars and Butterflies already, are signed up to a term time only contract. This means that parents/carers will not be charged for all year round care. However if care is needed during the holidays, you will need to fill out a booking form, where in turn you will receive a separate invoice.

If your child/ren attend during the lunch hour (11.30-12.30), then they will need to be provided with a packed lunch. Whilst we provide breakfast, snacks and drinks throughout the day, we do not provide a hot school meal.

PLEASE NOTE
- Voyage will only open on the days required and where there are 4 or more children booked in
- Once a holiday form has been filled in and signed and your child has been allocated a place, you will receive your statement of fees and cannot cancel your child's place
- All fees are to be paid upfront
