Keeping Active at Home!
Government advice suggests that children should be getting 60 minutes exercise a day.
Joe Wicks, also well known as 'the body coach', has announced he will run free online PE lessons!
Live classes will be 30 minutes and run between 9am and 5pm every weekday.
This is a great way to help keep your children fit and healthy whilst at home.
You will be able to find these live work outs called 'PE with Joe' on his Youtube Channel 'The Body Coach TV'.
