Live Music Event March 2022

What a fantastic treat we had! Live musicians came in to perform a variety of songs from well known Disney films. We got to learn about the different instruments, styles of music and have a little boogie too!

Here's what some of the children had to say after:

"I had a good morning. I liked the ballerina and dancing. The mermaid was my favourite. We got to do soldiers too." Marley, Year 1.

"They were so talented. I don't have a favourite bit, it was all my favourite." Alesia/Joseph, Year 2.

"I liked in the assembly they used lots of instruments and some went high and low. The instruments where they had to use reeds to play were my favourite." Edward, Year 3.

"My favourites were Under the Sea and Bear Necessities, they're from my favourite movies." Dexter, Year 4.

"I liked the different themes of music. My favourite was when she played the double bass, it looked complicated but made a deep sound. I'd like to learn how to play that." Arly-J, Year 5

"I loved the different songs and how they put the different instruments with them." Elizabeth, Year 6.
