During music this summer term, children will be focussing on the following topics:
‘Toys’ with a musical focus on beat and a curriculum link to PSHE. The children will move and play to a steady beat and to sound sequences. They will learn to control changing tempo as they take a scooter ride.

‘Seasons’ with a musical focus on pitch and curriculum link to Geography. The children will develop an understanding of pitch through movement, songs and listening games. They become familiar with pitch shapes and perform them in a variety of musical arrangements.
