Session 1 - Exploring our senses!
We found out how we are constantly using all 5 senses and the 4 tastes during the eating process.
We tasted the foods and tried to work out where on the tongue we can taste them. We discussed the 5 food groups and the importance of a balanced diet. We found out the recommended amount of salt and sugar we should have.
Session 2 - Creation of Chicken Salad wraps
In our second session we worked as the avengers to create a healthy dish.
